Han’s CNC revenue doubles in first nine months on booming demand from AI

Printed circuit board (PCB) equipment maker Shenzhen Han’s CNC Technology Co. Ltd. (3200.HK; 301200.SZ) said on Thursday its revenue doubled in the first nine months of the year and its profit more than tripled on booming demand for high-end PCBs used in AI.
Han’s CNC reported revenue of 7.84 billion yuan ($1.17 billion) during the nine-month period, up 101% from 3.9 billion yuan a year earlier. Its profit rose 214% year-on-year to 1.54 billion yuan from 492 million yuan over the same period.
It credited the big revenue jump to strong demand for high-end AI-use PCBs, including high-layer HDI boards for computing and switching units of next-generation rack servers, N+N structured high-layer boards, and mSAP-type substrate-like PCBs for 800G and 1.6T high-speed optical modules.
Han’s CNC’s Hong Kong-listed shares fell 2.8% on Friday after the announcement to close at HK$65.65. The stock is down 31.5% from its IPO price of HK$95.80 in February.
