Niu is a consumer company

Bubble tea chain Auntea Jenny (Shanghai) Industrial Co. Ltd. (2589.HK) said Monday that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has approved its application for the full circulation of its Hong Kong-tradeable H shares. Late last month, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) also issued a filing notice approving the full H-share circulation.

A total of 35.26 million shares are eligible for full circulation, representing approximately 33.51% of the company’s total issued shares and involving eight participating shareholders.

Shares of Auntea Jenny have been volatile over the past three months, surging nearly 140% from a mid-April trough to a June peak of HK$176.90 before pulling back sharply. The stock opened up 0.3% at HK$94.95 on Tuesday, down 46% from last month’s high.
