Gold watch maker Shenzhen Hipine Precision Technology Co. Ltd. (2583.HK) announced on Tuesday that its profit totaled more than 90 million yuan ($12.8 million) for the 11 months through November, compared with 49 million yuan for all of 2024. It attributed the strong gain to rising jewelry sales and improved margins for its core watch business.

Hipine designs and makes gold watch-case and gold-bezel watches. It also develops and manufactures watches and jewelry for ODM customers, including well-known domestic brands such as Lao Feng Xian, Sino Gem and Chow Tai Seng.

The company’s stock opened higher on Wednesday, closing at HK$167.4 by the midday break, up 1.52 %. The stock has nearly doubled since its listing in September this year.
