Xtep’s profit dips 10% on slipping revenue, rising costs
1368.HK

Sportswear maker Xtep International Holdings Ltd. (1368.HK) on Tuesday reported its revenue edged down 0.6% year-over-year to 6.8 billion yuan ($1.1 billion) in the first half of 2026, while its profit dropped 10.5% to 818 million yuan.
Revenue from its mass market segment slipped 2.2% to 5.9 billion yuan during the period, while its professional sports segment’s revenue rose 11.4% to 875 million yuan.
Xtep blamed the profit decline on higher operating costs for its mass market segment, which weighed on its operating profit.
