Plum-based snack producer Liuliumei Co. Ltd. (6658.HK) launched its Hong Kong IPO on Friday, aiming to sells 11.46 million shares for HK$43.58 apiece to raise about HK$500 million ($64.1million). Subscriptions, which carry a minimum entry fee of HK$4,401.96 for a board lot of 100 shares, will close on June 10, with the stock scheduled to debut on June 15.

The company’s revenue rose from 1.32 billion yuan in 2023 to 1.62 billion yuan in 2024, and climbed further to 1.71 billion yuan last year. Over that time, its profit rose from 99.2 million yuan in 2023 to 182 million yuan last year.

The company will use about 61% of the proceeds to expand its production capacity over the next three years. Another 21% will be earmarked for enhancing brand awareness, with about 8% dedicated to research and development.
