BRIEF: Concord Healthcare ties with Mayo Clinic to improve management
Medical services provider Concord Healthcare Group Co. Ltd. (2453.HK) said Thursday it has entered into an agreement for Mayo Foundation, operator of the Mayo Clinic, to provide it with consulting services on organizational objectives and clinical practices for medical education and research. The agreement has a three-year term.
Concord said it intends to use Mayo’s advice to improve its administrative efficiencies and effectiveness as part of an effort to enhance its medical practice and patient care.
Mayo is a private American academic medical center, primarily operating an integrated delivery healthcare system consisting of acute care hospitals and medical facilities. It also provides operational consulting services to other medical organizations.
