BRIEF: Surging instant retail lifts SF Intra-city profit by over 80%

Local delivery company Hangzhou SF Intra-city Industrial Co. Ltd. (9699.HK) said on Sunday that it expects to report a profit of at least 238 million yuan ($34 million) for 2025, up 80% or more year-on-year.
On a non-IFRS basis, the company expects to report an adjusted profit for the year of at least 376 million yuan, up 158% or more compared with 2024. It expects to report that revenue over the same period rose at least 40% year-on-year to 22 billion yuan or more, reflecting continued growth in both order volume and its business scale.
The company said the big profit gains were mainly driven by sharply higher demand for instant retail delivery services, which led to growth in both orders and revenue. It also credited its neutral and open third-party platform positioning, combined with its all-day, all-category delivery services.
SF Intra-city’s stock opened lower on Monday and closed down 3.18% at HK$14.29 by the midday break.
