Shoucheng invested in two property REITs

Property management firm Onewo Inc. (2602.HK) said on Monday its revenue rose 3.1% year-on-year to 18.14 billion yuan ($2.53 billion) in the first half of 2025. Its net profit for the period rose 3.9% to 792 million yuan, while its core net profit climbed 10.8% to 1.32 billion yuan. The company declared an interim dividend of 0.951 yuan per share.

The growth was mainly driven by the company’s community space living services, which recorded an 11.8% revenue increase to 11.33 billion yuan, making it the largest contributor. Revenue from property and facility management services rose 7.7% to 5.17 billion yuan, helping pare the overall decline in commercial and urban space services to 5.2%. However, revenue from AIoT solutions plunged 66.2%, dragging the broader technology-related segment down 23.6% year-on-year.

Onewo’s stock opened higher on Tuesday, closing at HK$25.96 by the midday break, up 7.27%. The stock has gained 27% so far this year.
