Property management firm Onewo Inc. (2602.HK) said on Monday its revenue rose 3.1% year-on-year to 18.14 billion yuan ($2.53 billion) in the first half of 2025. Its net profit for the period rose 3.9% to 792 million yuan, while its core net profit climbed 10.8% to 1.32 billion yuan. The company declared an interim dividend of 0.951 yuan per share.
