Electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Voyah Automobile Technology Co. Ltd. (7489.HK) on Sunday reported it delivered 15,146 new cars in April, up 51% year-over-year. That took its cumulative new vehicle deliveries for the first four months of the year to 49,038 units, up 36% year-over-year.

On April 22, the company officially launched global pre-sales for the Voyah Taishan X8, with cumulative orders exceeding 30,000 as of May 1. Separately, on April 24, the company officially unveiled its ESG brand, “Better Voyah.”

Voyah is a new energy vehicle brand under Dongfeng Motor Corp., which listed in Hong Kong in March this year. The company has rolled out five major models, including the Voyah Free, Dreamer, Passion, Courage, and Taishan, providing comprehensive coverage across the sedan, SUV, and MPV segments.

Shares of Voyah opened flat at HK$6 on Monday, but rose through the day and were up 2.7% in the afternoon. The stock is down 20% from its debut opening price of HK$7.50 since its listing.
