Post-partum care provider Saint Bella Inc. (2508.HK) announced on Monday it has formed a strategic partnership with robot maker Beijing Yunji Technology Co. Ltd. (2670.HK) to explore opportunities for robots and other smart devices used in home care scenarios.

Under the partnership, Saint Bella will provide data to help Yunji improve its AI models for home care robots and other devices. Saint Bella said it will initially focus on its nearly 150 offline scenarios in the partnership’s first phase. Robots and other devices covered by the alliance could be used in a wide range of functions, such as remote temperature monitoring.

Saint Bella shares rose 10% on Monday to close at HK$5.50, but still trade 16% below their June 2025 IPO price of HK$6.58. Yunji Technology’s shares fell 2.5% on Monday to close at HK$118.30, but are still 23% higher than their HK$96.50 IPO price from last October.
