Skincare and beauty brand Natural Beauty Bio-Technology Ltd. (0157.HK) said on Tuesday it returned to profitability last year on strong sales gains in China. The company said it expects to report revenue of between HK$530 million ($68 million) and HK$540 million for 2025, up 49.9% to 52.7% year-on-year. It said it expects to report an annual profit of HK$8 million to HK$10 million, reversing a HK$104 million loss in 2024.

The company attributed the strong revenue growth to acceleration of its store network expansion in China. Revenue from its Mainland China business rose 72.4% to 76.3%, reaching HK$440 million to HK$450 million. The company also continued refining its management practices, improving its cost and expense structures.

Shares of Natural Beauty opened flat at HK$0.47 on Wednesday. The stock is down 25% from its 52-week high.
