China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd. (1848.HK) announced on Monday that it sold six aircraft to FTAI Aviation (FTAI.US), including one A321, one A319 and four Boeing 737 aircraft.

The company did not disclose the amount of proceeds from the sale, saying only that it would help to boost its revenue from aircraft transactions and maintain good relations with its customers.

China Aircraft Leasing has been selling down its aircraft fleet, including four A320 sales to Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Financial Leasing last month, and another one to Agricultural Bank of China Financial Leasing.

China Aircraft Leasing’s stock opened up 2.6% at HK$3.10 on Monday.
