Refrigeration components maker Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co. Ltd. (2050.HK; 002050.SZ) said on Monday it expects to report an annual net profit of 3.87 billion yuan to 4.65 billion yuan ($661 million) for 2025, up 25% to 50% year-on-year.

The company attributed the strong growth to combined strength of its two core business segments. During the period, its refrigeration and air-conditioning components business benefited from a recovery in downstream demand. Meanwhile, its new energy vehicle (NEV) thermal management business continued to expand, supported by its global footprint and strong momentum from flagship customers.

Sanhua’s stock opened higher on Tuesday but quickly reversed course to close at HK$33.6 by the midday break, down 5.14%. Since its Hong Kong listing in June, the stock has gained about 59.7%.
